All items are guaranteed under normal wear and tear for up to 1 year after purchase. If an item becomes damaged outside of normal wear and tear, it is the owners responsibility to purchase a replacement item. Normal wear and tear does not include rusting from swimming while wearing equipment, stiffening of fabric from contact with chemicals, chewing, tearing on outside sources, fading from sun exposure, neglect, and more.
Normal wear and tear typically can cause some fading and stiffening, but not enough to make items unusable.
